Tory Burch.  Yes, obsessed.  There is something unique about her classic designs that just give me the chills.  The wonderful pop of color in her handbags, the bangles to die for, and the sunnies are unbelievable.  I have been saving my pennies for a handbag I have been keeping my eye on.  Tory has designed fashion in a way that will always be in style no matter the current trend!

As the seasons change from Spring into Summer, and yes in Arizona it is summer now (I believe 105 temp qualifies) I decided to take a trip down memory lane on my fav fashion accessories. 

New handbags of the spring included: neon clutch, Mr. Steve Madden himself, and of course the fabulous THEIT camera bag!

Necklaces, bracelets, and watches were paired with almost every single outfit.  Newest obsession the arm swag! I am fairly sure everyone enjoys that trend!

How can we forget about the SHOES!!! Wearing Hunters in AZ...why not? of course the neon jumped in again as a nice splash of color to the outfit, then there is wedges. Wedges will follow me onto summer most def!!

Bring in on summer!! I am looking forward to swim, tans, highlights, and beach bags.  So what were some of your favorite trends for spring?!

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is learning my clients stories.  Who they are, what their story is,  how they met, ect! Summer is approaching quickly, which means time for sunkissed faces, bronze bods, and highlights in the hair.  It is also time for ladies to dress it up and pull off that cute little sundress with a hint of sparkle. What else looks as fabulous against tan skin as gold? I have been obsessing over gold EVERYTHING this past week which has inspired me for my pinteresting Wednesday!

I have been volunteering my time down at the Friends of the Phoenix Library.  A non-profit organization who collects donated books to resell and recycle in order to raise money for the library systems in Arizona.  I love books, all kinds of books.  It could be because my family owns a bookstore in my hometown so growing up books were a major part of my childhood.  These days ebooks, kindles, books on tape are all very popular and as much as I love technology there seems to be something about the smell of a hardback book.  Each time a person volunteers at The Friends of the Phoenix Library, you are able to take 5 books home with you.  Distressed books that are not able to be sold, but none the less 5 books.  What gems I found!! I was so excited.  Two vintage coffee table books on fashion and the hardback version of "What Would Jackie Do?" (a woman's guide to living in style such as Jackie O.) I am such a lucky girl to have found these gems in old pins no one wanted! I guess it is true, one persons trash is another persons treasure! Happy Bubbly Tuesday Friends!

FINALLY!!!!!!! One thing I am more excited about today other than it being Friday is...... I found MINT pants!!!! After countless months of searching I have located the perfect pair of mint pants than I am absolutely in love with.  As I was strolling through the mall, getting more aggravated by the second I took a wander around Free People (in LOVE with that store) and to my beautiful surprise they were hanging on a rack waiting for me to pick them up.  So I did! and I havnt taken them off since! Thats my story for the day,  hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.  It is hitting 100 degree in AZ tomorrow.... yepp, already!

to keep me going

I know it is not Wednesday so I am missing the Oh, How Pinteresting link up but I am posting my pins from this week anyways! Since I have been home from Coachella I have been working 11 hour days at work and then heading straight to photo shoots and not getting home until 9 oclock at night! blah!! I am just worn right now.  So last night instead of writing emails, editing, eating dinner, or going to sleep I let my mind unwind on pinterest.  I love! I love being inspired and I love pretending pinterest could be my life.... haha, no but seriously!!! So heres to pinterest and ice cream!

Coachellin' 2012

I have finally got my pictures together and am ready to present to you my first and AMAZING Coachella 2012 experience! The festival started Friday at 11am and continued constantly right through till Sunday night ending at 1am..... talk about a lot of partying.  I was going into this experience with a complete open mind, not knowing much of what happens at this festival except tons of people, great music, and it takes place in the middle of nowhere is the city limits of Coachella.  So here goes......

When we arrived on Friday the weather was super rainy and cold! yes COLD! how could this be,  it has been 85+ in Arizona and California for the past month,  all of a sudden the weather decides to drop to 50 something at night? Yes, minor set back but thats ok.  Saturday and Sunday the weather was just perfect so no complaints!

I LOVE ferris wheels! They are so photogenic and remind me of olden day happiness. The shot above was taken walking into the festival grounds. 

Peace, Love, Coachella!

FASHION!!! Probably one of the biggest aspect to Coachella.... well for me anyways! It was so great to see all the different ensembles that were on display. lace, crochet, floral, neon, pastels, jeans.... to die for.  Think of  a Free People add.  perfection!! On the flip side,  I did witness some craz outfits.  People in no shoes, no shirts, fish tights, rinestones in places I didnt know rinestones went,. people dressed as animals.  Yes you name it,  I saw it!

The artists that preformed were unbelievable.  There was no disappointment at all.  Just to name a few of my favs, Sebastian (DJ), The Black Keys, Sweetish House Mafia, Grace Potter, The Shins, David Guetta with guest appearance from Usher, The Hives,  Calvin Harris with guest appearance from Rihanna,  and the best of alll Snoop Dog and Dr. Dre with guest appearances by EMINEM, 50 cent, Wiz Khalifa, oh and apparently Tupac!!

My favorite place to hang at Coachella is the Sahara tent.  As you can see in the pictures above it is one great big bright dance party!!
